gMailContacts uploads the E-Mail addresses from your Mac OS X Address Book to any Gmail account.

You won't need this tool when you own an iPhone. In this case Address Book can sync with Gmail.

The procedure couldn't be simpler:
  1. * Enter your Gmail account name and password - optionally select the Address Book group you want to upload.
  2. Click "Upload".
* Step 1 is only required once
