GrandTotal 10 brings access from your phone and progress billing. Ask GrandTotal is now also part of the Classic license. The new version is included in the subscription; for Classic licenses there is an upgrade.
Ask GrandTotal
You ask about open invoices, revenue or clients, and the AI agent of your choice answers and creates drafts. Names and addresses only leave as placeholders. New: GrandTotal also answers questions about how to use it, without an AI account of your own. Included in GrandTotal L, XL & Classic. More about Ask GrandTotal.
On the Go
With Web Access you see documents, clients and payments on your phone and tablet while the Mac stays in the office. With your permission, a device also creates drafts and records payments. The file stays on the Mac; pairing works by QR code. From version 10 in GrandTotal L & XL.
Invoices
Progress billing invoices the work done to date and deducts the partial invoices already issued (GrandTotal XL). A different delivery address can be chosen per document; it appears in the layout and in e-invoices.
Payments
When a client pays by SEPA QR code, GrandTotal can assign the payment from MoneyMoney or iFinance to the invoice automatically (GrandTotal L, XL & Classic). Open invoices can also be collected by card at a terminal, with SumUp or a provider you connect yourself with the AI assistant (GrandTotal XL).
Texts and Windows
A format bar above the item description sets text in bold, italic or underlined. Bulleted and numbered lists have several levels; Tab indents. Invoices and estimates open in a window of their own if you like. New files are created in the new file format, which syncs faster and signs every save.
