InvoiceExtractor converts PDF invoices into XRechnung 3.0 or PEPPOL BIS 3 e-invoices. All processing happens locally on your Mac.

How It Works

1. Drop a PDF invoice onto the app
2. Review and correct extracted data
3. File → Export E-Invoice (⌘E)
4. Choose XRechnung 3.0 or PEPPOL BIS 3
5. Fill in any missing fields — seller data is remembered

Help Improve

If extraction is wrong, submit the invoice from the app to help improve it:

1. Correct any wrong fields
2. File → Submit Invoice
3. Optional: anonymize personal data before upload
