Switch from Invoice Rex to GrandTotal

Looking to switch from Invoice Rex to GrandTotal? GrandTotal makes the transition easy. Import your customers and catalog items directly — in just a few steps.

How the migration works

1. Open GrandTotal.
2. In the GrandTotal menu, choose Migrate data from.
3. Select Invoice Rex as the source.
4. Follow the assistant through the import process.

What is imported

• Customers: Master data such as name, address and contact details.
• Catalog items: Name, item number, price and EAN (if available).

After completion, the data appears in GrandTotal under Customers and Catalog. Review the imported records and adjust them if needed.
