Migrate Additional Fields

Over time, GrandTotal has gained new data fields for which you may have created additional fields. The migration feature lets you transfer your values to the new fields.

How Migration Works

Migration works via drag & drop:

1. Drag your additional field onto the desired new field
2. A confirmation dialog appears
3. Confirm the migration
4. The values are transferred

Update Layouts

If you used additional fields in your layouts, you need to replace them with the new placeholders after migration.
