The Essential Guide to the GrandTotal 9 Classic Upgrade

The Classic Upgrade of GrandTotal 9 brings improvements for customers of GrandTotal 7 and 8 when creating electronic invoices and simplifies editing of comprehensive documents. The detailed differences between the various versions and upgrade prices can be found here.

Electronic Invoices

The UBL XRechnung 3.0 requires a minimum of information and is therefore excellent for creating legally compliant documents for smaller companies (for large customers or government institutions, you continue to use the CII variants as before). The PEPPOL BIS 3.0 E-Invoice is intended for international invoicing.

Easier Editing

Invoice items can now be edited directly in the preview without having to switch to the list view. This makes adjusting invoices faster and more straightforward, as changes are immediately visible.

Enhanced Assistants

Navigation within documents has been supplemented with a table of contents and thumbnail views, so users always maintain an overview in extensive projects. Items can be moved and organized directly in the table of contents, which significantly simplifies editing longer invoices or quotes.

Collaboration

Users now have the ability to add comments directly to documents and mark them as tasks. This provides more structure in complex projects and facilitates internal communication. Links to documents can be shared directly with team members, simplifying collaboration.
